This class challenges the participants to become more than just
dancers, but performers.
Breakdancing (all levels) is an exciting dance and conditioning
class that is geared toward the beginner or the advanced breakdancer.
Street Jazz 1 (inter.) focuses on combining Hip
Hop & Jazz technique together making an energetic new style.
Excellent for Jazz dancers.
Xtreme Street Jazz (adv.) takes Street Jazz beyond
just dancing but intense choreography & performance.
(all levels) is the best workout in the city! This class focuses
on cardiovascular & strength trainig while buning fat &
toning those problem areas.
Cardio-Striptease (all levels) It’s a 1 hour,
medium intensity, low-impact workout that combines aerobics, dance
technique, and the art of Striptease. Must be 18 or older to participate.
Bootyrama (all levels) An Intense Funk & Fitness class
designed to raise your cardio-fitness, while stimulating your body
& mind with easy-to-do dance moves.
